Today you read the poem “Me and my silence”
This poem originated in 2013 after a troubled period in my life.
Do you have a moment of silence on the day?
It is wonderful for me to take a few momentsor rest to be able to know.
Those moments where you can let gooreverything that keeps you busy in your head or what you feel in your body.
Just turn off your thoughts and only be allowed to think about the word “rest” and then also experience that peace that in those momentsorsilence make your body rest.
I never could do that before. For me, the days were always filled with a busy program. I didn't take time for myself. That hunted feeling at some point cost me the head. I became more than tired and also mentally I got in the crunch becauseorit. Even now my life is still busy, the program is still filled every day, but I experience it differently and look at it differently. I have learned to consciously spend several moments every day with myself and to allow myself to rest. And then also act to just put everything aside and take some time for myself. It's become an enrichment in my life. I experience the peace in my body as well as in my head and that is an enormous wealth.

It's called “Me and My Silence”
I wrote this poem in 2013 after a violent period in my life where becoming silent and dwell on myself was a struggle, but by learning to apply it in my life I found a new way, namely “Me and my silence”.
