The invention of Uncle Frits (1)
The Christmas season is over, the New Year is inaugurated. After all the fuss and conviviality of the holidays it suddenly becomes quiet in the house, apart from the very attentive Aunt Coby of course, and Uncle Frits stares through the window at the misty outside world. The Christmas tree is now outside and uncle, really, starts to get bored.
The newspaper has already been pinned out and he has even gone through all the digital newsletters that come into his mail account every day in large quantities. And let's be honest, that means something.
Giving in to boredom can be very pleasant and relaxing in itself, if aunt would not constantly give insignificant facts to which she expects answers, or even worse: would come up with all sorts of chores and tasks.
If only he could think of something to create the necessary peace...
