Usually we answer quickly: “Yes, good.” Or “his way”

Why not?
Because maybe we don't want to bother the other guy with that?
Or because we also want to keep things to ourselves? Which is also very logical, because not everything can and does not need to be put on the table.

On the other hand, it is also nice to occasionally let your heart out with the person you feel comfortable with.
